Something we didn't fully comprehend or realize before launching this cute little website here was that there is a constant and silent war going on in this peaceful valley of ours. A battle of great proportions, of vigor and honor and death. Warfare tactics include surprise attacks, secret informants, spies and lethal code words used to convey the carrying out of gruesome assignments. We call them the Crusades, the Deadly DJ Crusades, where opposing Radio Stations are Empires to the conquered.

If you noticed that Big J at 100.3 the X was shaving his head and going on a diet among other recent radio stints taking place across station lines, it's because we just came out of "sweeps week", if you will (which is actually 3 months), to have the much-anticipated RATINGS BOOK (dum dum dum) come out yesterday. An announcement of conquering heroes and white flags.

All arrows are now pointed at 103.3 Kiss FM who not only scored highest in morning show ratings with their insane duo Hooker and Chadillac (MJ and Melissa in the Morning took #2 over at Magic), but also took home the prize of #2 in station ratings overall behind the surprising champ KIDO News Talk Radio, beating out favorites Magic 93.1, Mix 106, 100.3 the X, Wild 101 and 94.9 The River.

Nothing like a little healthy competition to help the Radioheads bring out their A-Game.

As sad as he likely is, we think Miggy Santos will be alright, even though Magic didn't do as well as he'd hoped. Because Miggy has support, not only from his fans, loyal listeners and close friends, but also from his Myspace Stalker.

That's right. WHO LOVES MYSPACE LOVE TRIANGLES?! WE DO!

Miggy's Magic Myspace Madame will remained un-named in this post, but if you continue with the alliteration, you may find her. The openness at which she conveys her love for Miggy is to be applauded. As wonderful as it is to have two women who love you in your life though, this definitely puts Miggy in an awkward situation. Take a look at Magic Myspace Madame's latest bulletin survey questions:

FameFifteen accidentally let it slip last week that Miggy Santos of magic 93.1 and his girlfriend Bethany were rumored to be getting hitched in Vegas this weekend. We got a lot of flack (what's new) for the breaking news as Miggy issued a myspace bulletin statement saying:

Bethany was vehemently denying the accusations as well, updating her myspace page with comments like "Although flattering, I wish everyone would just leave it alone."

Well, give the pair some vodka plus access to their myspace accounts and you get two brand new updates at approximately 5 am this morning broadcasting that they are both "headed to the chapel to get married."

Drunken joke or Truth?

Either way, this is the first time they have "gone public" at all with their relationship. Very interesting. We'll be on the hunt for a marriage certificate and rings.
